Subject was on 29 Feb. 2016 which only occurs
every four years [2008, 2012 and 2016 etc.] This
means that every 4 years there are 24 hours added
to adjust for earth's rotation around the sun,
29 February.
The error is plus 5 hours, 48 minutes and
45 seconds. So doing the math the calculation
is in error 45 minutes. May be in the fact that
1600 was a leap year and 1700, 1800 and
1900 were not leap years??. Have 4 more
years to figure this out, 29 Feb. 2020 !!

- The picture above is that of my GGGrandfather, Joseph Stanzel bc 1795 place tbd He was in Napoleons Army to Moscow in 1812 and made it home. Left next year for Belfast Ire ??. Ended up in the British 60th Regiment, how I do not know, came to Canada with that Reg't and settled in Goulbourn Twp, Carleton County. Lived the rest of his life near Ashton
